Plan, enter and display staff times
The Attendance Time Recording (ATR) is an extension of the Project Management module in abas ERP, for entering and processing staff attendance data, such as working hours/leave. The data can be entered via a terminal, directly in abas ERP or via the Web-based Project Time Tracking. The data entered is used for calculating the net working hours and is fed into the relevant accounts, such as leave, absence and flextime.
The regulations governing how times are treated in ATR can be configured flexibly to suit your company's individual rules for calculating the capping or balance transfers for attendance data. ATR offers a variety of reports so that you can quickly analyze data. The integration of ATR in the capacity reporting in Project Management means that the resulting staff attendance/absence data is considered directly in the project planning.

The Attendance Time Recording facilitates transparent handling of time stamping and the resulting attendance/absence data. It contains leave planning functions with approval workflows to reduce the time and effort for authorizing vacation applications. Rule-based flextime and absence accounts round out this solution.
